Her real estate career commenced in 1995 as a receptionist and by 1997 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Kelly moved to Melbourne in 2000 were she managed a portfolio of over 250 properties. Kelly handles the day to day management of her rental portfolio including owner correspondence, showing of properties, signing up new owners and tenants, completing Property Condition Reports and Inventories, maintenance and routine inspections. |
