Access Property Management is a family owned business that has been making an impact within the real estate industry since 1995. It has a reputation for integrity, distinction and innovation in real estate and management services.
Shirley Smith started Access Property Management realising there was a high demand for a dedicated property management agency. The aim was to provide a closer link between property owners and the high quality tenants provided by relocation companies and the corporate / executive sector. We have since extended our services over the last sixteen years realising there was a demand from all property investors and quality tenants, who were seeking a higher level of service, focus and experience.
Stacy Whiting, Shirley's daughter, worked along side Shirley establishing a well organised and efficient agency. Stacy and her husband Mark Whiting, continued on with the business after Shirley lost her long battle with cancer in 2009. Access Property Management continues to attract and retain an experienced and knowledgeable team of real estate professionals. They promote a strong team environment that emphasizes integrity and ethical behaviour. With their hands on approach, they continually work on improving skills with ongoing training and weekly team meetings.
Access Property Management currently manages around 450 properties ranging from apartments to family homes throughout the CBD and surrounding suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. They provide both fully furnished and equipped and unfurnished properties, and offer the versatility of a six week minimum stay on a selection of fully furnished and equipped properties, through to long term tenancies on both the unfurnished and fully furnished and equipped properties.

Shirley's daughter Stacy is currently working part time after ten years full time at Access Property Management. She is responsible for helping out with all facets of the business and assisting with the day to day overall management. Stacy also handles mid month and end of month payouts.93671077
Mark, Stacy's husband, joined the family business in January 2005 after eleven years in marketing and sales with one of Perth's leading wholesalers. Mark will carry out the initial appraisal of your property and the marketing of your property. This involves maintaining the web pages, designing brochures, email/fax flyers and compiling newspaper advertisements. Mark is constantly finding new ways to market your property.93671077
Phil is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has had an association with APM going back to 2002. Phil acted as a selling agent on a referral basis and then as an APM property salesperson in 04/05. Now Phil is assisting with the day to day management of the business and licensing requirements along with providing owners with a selling or purchasing outlet. Barbara joined us in August 2004 with 27 years experience in Property Management. Barb works closely with the property managers ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and assisting with maintenance. Kelly commenced working with Access Property Management in August 2005 after returning to Perth with her family from Melbourne. Her real estate career commenced in 1995 as a receptionist and by 1997 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Kelly moved to Melbourne in 2000 were she managed a portfolio of over 250 properties. Kelly handles the day to day management of her rental portfolio including owner correspondence, showing of properties, signing up new owners and tenants, completing Property Condition Reports and Inventories, maintenance and routine inspections.93671077
Fiona brings with her 6 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience. Over the last 3 years she has been solely in charge of a portfolio catering for all activities of a property management department. Jan works closely with the property managers assisting with the vacate process, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and assisting with maintenance. Jan is also available to move between portfolios and assist with viewings, PCR's and reports when workloads are at a peak. Jan's role allows our Property Managers to work more effecively.
