Access Property Management is a family owned business that has been making an impact within the real estate industry since 1995.   It has a reputation for integrity, distinction and innovation in real estate and management services.

Shirley Smith started Access Property Management realising there was a high demand for a dedicated property management agency.  The aim was to provide a closer link between property owners and the high quality tenants provided by relocation companies and the corporate / executive sector.  We have since extended our services over the last sixteen years realising there was a demand from all property investors and quality tenants, who were seeking a higher level of service, focus and experience.

Stacy Whiting, Shirley's daughter, worked along side Shirley establishing a well organised and efficient agency.   Stacy and her husband Mark Whiting, continued on with the business after Shirley lost her long battle with cancer in 2009.  Access Property Management continues to attract and retain an experienced and knowledgeable team of real estate professionals.  They promote a strong team environment that emphasizes integrity and ethical behaviour.  With their hands on approach, they continually work on improving skills with ongoing training and weekly team meetings. 

Access Property Management currently manages around 450 properties ranging from apartments to family homes throughout the CBD and surrounding suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.  They provide both fully furnished and equipped and unfurnished properties, and offer the versatility of a six week minimum stay on a selection of fully furnished and equipped properties, through to long term tenancies on both the unfurnished and fully furnished and equipped properties.

Access Property Management has the local knowledge; the institutional procedures and the "boutique feel" that lets clients know that their needs are being given individual attention.

Our Team

Mark Whiting (Director)

With 11 years in the tele-communication industry Mark brought to Access a different and fresh approach to how we do things.  He handles all owner enquiries and appraisals and the marketing of your property, including photography.  He also oversees the management of your property due to our hands on approach and high level of care. 

Stacy Whiting (Director)

Stacy joined Access after it being in operation only a short time.  She started as receptionist and slowly worked her way through all the different positions within the company.  With the benefit of knowing each position she now oversees the complete management of the business and ensures all systems and procedures run smoothly and are adhered too.



Phil Curtis (Director/Licensee)

Our relationship with Phil started when he was working for another agency but assisting our clients on a referral basis.  He then joined Access as a sales person in 2004. He then left Access for a few years in which time he obtained his license and furthered his experience.  In 2008, Phil rejoined our team as Licensee.  His time is spent assisting with the day to day licensing requirements along with providing owners with a selling or purchasing outlet. 

Kelly Duncan  (Senior Property Manager)

Kelly's real estate career commenced in 1995 as a receptionist and by 1997 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.  In 2000, Kelly moved to Melbourne were she managed a portfolio of over 250 properties. She commenced working with Access in August 2005 after returning to Perth with her family from Melbourne.  Kelly's years of experience and dedication make her a standout property manager.



Fiona Fimpel (Senior Property Manager)

Fiona commenced working in the real estate industry as a receptionist in 2002.  She then progressed to a property management role in 2004.  We were lucky enough to have Fiona join our team in January 2009. With her personable nature, professionalism and knowledge of the industry she continues to be an asset to our company.

Barb Masters (Trust Account Administration)

Barb joined us in August 2004 and has 38 years experience in Property Management. Barb's core role is in administrating and managing the trust account.  With Barb's level of Real Estate experience she is a fantastic central support and guide for our property managers. Clients have often said "every office needs a Barb" and we believe it to be true! 

Lauren Hogan (Reception/Administration)

Lauren commenced working in the real estate industry in 2010 and joined Access in 2012.  Lauren's great sense of humour, excellent organisation, respect for others and dedication to her job are all traits we love to see in our team.
